Secure and Accessible Self-Storage Solutions

At our facility, we prioritize security and convenience. All self-storage units are indoors, located under the same roof as our main office, ensuring round-the-clock protection. Access to the storage units is restricted to a single entrance, secured by a locked gate. Once inside, renters can take advantage of our convenient loading dock to simplify moving items in and out.

Units are climate-controlled.

Flexible, Month-to-Month Rentals

Our rental agreements are month-to-month, allowing you flexibility without a long-term commitment. Full rental payments are due on the 1st of each month, with prorated fees available if you begin renting after the 1st.

In-Person Registration

All rentals must be completed in person at our office for added security and a personal touch. During this visit, you’ll sign the rental contract, review our terms, and provide a valid driver’s license for verification.

Additional Requirements

• Provide Your Own Lock: Renters must bring their own lock for their unit.
• No Prorated Refunds Upon Moving Out: Should you decide to vacate before the end of the month, we cannot offer prorated refunds.

Insurance Options

We highly recommend securing insurance for your belongings. During your visit, we’ll provide you with an insurance booklet containing details on purchasing coverage. Note that applications for rental insurance are to be completed off site directly through your chosen insurance provider.

Office and Access Hours

Our office is open:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

For your convenience, we encourage calling ahead to ensure someone is available to assist. Because we prioritize secure access, entry is only available while the office is open.
